Yoga therapy is applied yoga, a complementary treatment and the key to recovery and balance, especially when repeated and tailored to your unique needs and body.
That's why I offer private yoga therapy sessions, especially for people who: ​

Suffer from physical complaints or a specific condition, such as low back pain, menstrual complaints, osteoarthritis, auto-immune disease, etc.

Give me a call for a first intake and because there must also be a connection with me, so that you are comfortable during the sessions. This is the only way something can start to flow.​​​
A first intake lasts 90 minutes and is free of cost and takes place here in the studio, unless otherwise agreed. ​
